Our fee for the Home Information Pack and the Energy Performance certificate (EPC) is as follows:

*We also offer a 9 month deferred payment plan, please contact us for details.
*Our Utility Solutions customers receive a 10% discount on the above prices.
*We aim to deliver (by recorded delivery) EPC within 3 working days and complete HIP within 10 working days from commencement.
*All documents will be available (as a pdf attachment) to e-mail if also required.

All our Home Information Packs are Property Codes Compliance Board (PCCB) compliant.

Quoted Home Information Pack prices for Freehold properties only.
Floor Plan prices when included with Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) or Home Information Pack (HIP) (Includes EPC).
Prices for larger properties on application.
We will supply EPC at 50% discount on any property being re-assessed within 6 months of our original EPC. (EPC only).
